Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of PoolClarity Union Pool Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

PoolClarity Union Pool Services provides professional pool cleaning and maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in Union City, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool inspection services.

Service Appointments

We schedule service appointments based on availability. You understand that:

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our contact form or by phone
  • We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window
  • Weather conditions or emergency situations may require rescheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is typically due monthly in advance.

Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked or providing us with access codes. We are not responsible for delays or missed appointments if access cannot be obtained.

Liability and Insurance

PoolClarity Union Pool Services carries general liability insurance. We take great care in performing our services, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage to pool equipment that results from normal wear and tear, improper previous maintenance, or conditions beyond our control.

Equipment and Parts

When equipment repairs or replacements are needed, we will provide you with a quote before proceeding with the work. Parts and equipment are subject to manufacturer warranties, and we will assist you with warranty claims when applicable.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue. Our guarantee does not cover issues arising from customer negligence or factors outside our control.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate weekly service agreements with 30 days written notice. One-time services cannot be canceled once work has begun. You may be subject to cancellation fees if you cancel scheduled appointments without proper notice.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
